· As the artist, I retain the rights to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or for self-promotion purposes.· I retain full ownership of the artwork. The client may not claim the illustration as their own.· A watermark will be included in the final piece; it may not be removed or altered.· Please remain communicative and respectful throughout the process.· You are not allowed to use my work for NFTs or AI learning.· You are purchasing a digital illustration. No physical items will be delivered.· I reserve the right to decline a commission if the theme makes me feel uncomfortable.PAYMENTS
· Payments under $40 must be paid 100% upfront.
· Payments over $40 require 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.
· I will not begin the commission until the initial payment has been made.REVISIONS
· I will provide the sketch and the base colors for review. You may request up to three corrections at each stage. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
· The deadline is 30 days from the moment the payment is completed.USAGE
· The base price includes personal use only (e.g., social media profile pictures, personal merchandise, etc.).
· You may not use the artwork for commercial or profit-generating purposes unless you pay the commercial fee.REFUNDS
·A full refund is possible only if I have not started the commission.·A 40% refund is available if requested during the sketch stage.·No refunds will be issued once rendering has begun.·Refunds cover only the amount I actually receive; processing fees (VGen, PayPal, etc.) are not included.
